Senior Staff Engineer, Test Process & NPI Leadership

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.

You will drive new product introductions and ensure NPIs are fulfilled, while leading yield improvements and capacity expansions across tester hardware and OSATs.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree and at least 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
