Job overview The post holder will provide direct care in addition to coordinating and supervising care delivery of junior team members by providing effective leadership and senior decision making in all aspects of the Shift Lead role within the Neonatal Wards.
The post holder will also offer support for children and young people and their parents/carers, working both directly with patients/families and supporting, directing and educating other members of the wider multidisciplinary team.
