Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Agents

Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Agents in the Artificial Intelligence industry. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities
- Define and formalize the error-analysis methodology to improve agent output quality.
- Architect and scale state-of-the-art agent knowledge representations and evaluation pipelines.
- Lead systematic error analyses on agent execution behavior, translating diagnostics into reliability enhancements.
- Build and scale resilient backend services for high-throughput agent execution and real-time observability.
- Collaborate with the AI engineering group to drive platform-level quality and safety milestones.
- Mentor engineers on evaluation rigor, testing practices, and error isolation.

Must-Have Skills
Expertise in backend systems engineering, Proficient in AI product development, Strong in error analysis methodologies, Experience with distributed architectures, Skilled in performance optimization, Knowledge of real-time observability tools, Ability to mentor engineering teams

Good-to-Have Skills
Familiar with continuous integration practices, Experience in high-compliance environments, Knowledge of scalable systems design, Understanding of AI safety protocols, Proficient in agile methodologies
