Colliers in Madrid is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Configuration Analyst / Developer.
You will analyse, design, configure, test and implement changes across SAP SuccessFactors with emphasis on Employee Central.
This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise, multi-country EMEA experience, and the ability to work with internal teams and AMS partners to deliver changes from discovery through go‑live and support handover.
