Lace Lithography is seeking a Senior System Design Engineer to lead the architecture of our first industrial lithography tool, bridging physics, engineering and partners across Barcelona and Bergen.

You’ll define subsystem

requirements

, interfaces and drive SEMI S2 compliant design, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners while delivering clear system documentation.

This role is based in Barcelona with regular travel to our locations.
