Senior Talent Attraction Strategist

ARC(S) is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Attraction to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.

You will proactively attract and engage talent through targeted outreach, events, networking and digital platforms while strengthening our employer brand and EVP.

You will develop compelling talent content and use analytics to improve recruitment strategies, working closely with the Talent Attraction team on broader HR initiatives.
