Description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Unified Communications & Telephony Engineer – Level 3 to join our global Digital Workplace team in Barcelona.

You will act as a senior technical expert for enterprise voice services, focusing on Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, AudioCodes SBCs and global PSTN connectivity.

You will own complex voice issues from diagnosis to resolution, perform root-cause analysis and drive automation using PowerShell and related technologies.
