Senior Technical Project Manager - Client Projects

Lefty is the leading influencer marketing platform trusted by the world's most prestigious luxury and lifestyle brands We help brands run end-to-end influencer programs: talent discovery, relationship management, automated campaign reporting, and performance measurement.

Our largest clients increasingly ask for tailored work: data feeds into their BI tools, automated exports, integrations with the tools they already use, AI-based content labelling, migrations from other platforms. We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own these projects.

The Role

You are the main point of contact for our clients' technical projects, from the first request to go-live and beyond. You report to both the CPO and the CTO, and work closely with Account Managers, CSMs and Engineering. Your time is split roughly 70% on client projects and 30% on internal projects.

You are as comfortable explaining an API schema to a client's data team as presenting a project roadmap to a brand's Global Head of Influence. You set clear expectations, keep everyone informed, and deliver what was promised.

What You'll DoClient-facing:

• Run discovery with clients: understand the business need behind each request

• Talk to both technical (IT, data, BI, security) and senior business stakeholders

• Turn client needs into a clear brief: scope, price, ROI, timeline

• Manage expectations: say what's possible, what isn't, and what it costs

• Send regular status updates and run steering meetings on key accounts

• Handle escalations calmly and find solutions when things slip

Client projects (70%):

• Scope and deliver projects such as:

  • Data exports and automated feeds into client tools (Looker, SharePoint, data warehouses)

  • Integrations between Lefty and the tools brands already use (social listening, CRM, SSO)

  • Data imports and migrations from other platforms

  • AI-based automation (content labelling, logo recognition)

  • Custom metrics, reports and workspace configurations

• Write technical specifications and coordinate engineering work

• Test deliveries and validate data quality before handover

• Keep the Client Projects Tracker up to date

Internal projects (30%):

• Lead internal data and tooling projects, such as bringing CRM and deals data into our admin tools

• Partner with AMs and CSMs on account priorities and upsell opportunities

• Identify recurring client requests and feed them into the product roadmap

• Build repeatable processes for scoping, pricing and delivery

What We're Looking ForMust-haves:

• Combined experience of software engineer and client-facing technical project management

• Hands-on understanding of APIs, data models, exports, 3rd party integration

• Strong client presence: credible with engineers and at ease with senior executives

• Proven ability to manage expectations, negotiate scope and communicate proactively

• Track record delivering complex projects for enterprise clients in B2B SaaS

• Fluent in English and French

Bonus:

• Experience with BI, data and social listening tools (Looker, Power BI, BigQuery, SQL, Radarly, Talkwalker)

• Experience with luxury, beauty or retail clients

• Exposure to enterprise security requirements (SSO, security reviews)

• Interest in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems

• Appetite for AI and workflow automation tools
