Senior Web3 Trading Frontend Engineer (Solana & EVM)

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Italy to own high-ownership frontend engineering for a fast-moving onchain trading terminal. You will handle critical trading surfaces across Solana and EVM, shipping features from idea to production and optimization.

Own frontend client experience for trenches trading across Solana and EVM. Take end-to-end ownership of a revenue-generating surface from ideation to deployment. Build latency-sensitive trading experiences with live data, execution, and UX. Unify Solana and EVM wallet experiences with parity across platforms. Optimize browser performance using WebSockets, RPC streams, and optimistic UI. Own frontend performance metrics like p95 TTI and time-to-fill. Design interfaces for charting, PnL, fills, and onchain failure handling. Maintain production quality and reduce defect rates in your surfaces. Collaborate closely with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact team. Apply AI-native development practices while ensuring production quality. 3+ years of frontend engineering experience with production-grade Web3/onchain products. Proven experience shipping products with real users and money (trading, DEX, etc). Hands-on with both Solana and EVM ecosystems; expertise in one is not enough. Familiarity with onchain trading mechanics: fills, slippage, execution quality. Strong frontend engineering for real-time, latency-sensitive apps (WebSockets, RPC streams). Experience building trading interfaces with charting, PnL, and onchain states. Experience with Solana wallet adapters and embedded wallet solutions. Product ownership and initiative without heavy specs. Cross-platform delivery experience (web/mobile) is valuable. Strong understanding of modern frontend practices and AI-assisted development.
