About the job

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Architect to join our Digital Workplace team, based out of our modern Warsaw office in Poland. In this role, you will combine hands-on solution architecture with strategic thinking, designing and shaping the digital tools and platforms that Falck employees rely on every day — from collaboration and productivity tools to endpoint management and hybrid infrastructure.

You will work with stakeholders across the business and IT to translate strategic ambitions into concrete, scalable, and secure workplace solutions, while also helping define where our Digital Workplace should be heading in the years ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience designing enterprise workplace solutions in large, complex or international environments.
  • Significant experience in designing and implementing solutions across areas such as:
- Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 lifecycle management.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and password-less authentication.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 or similar desktop virtualization platforms.
- Application packaging, software distribution and application lifecycle management.
- Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS or macOS management.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecture documentation such as high-level designs, low-level designs, reference architecture, technical standards, decision records and migration strategies.
  • Ability to move confidently between strategic architecture, detailed technical design and implementation guidance.
  • Proven ability to work at both a strategic level (roadmaps, setting direction) and a hands-on solution level (facilitate workshops, design, documentation, implementation guidance).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Although you will work with the Polish team on daily basis, we are a mixed international team, so you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
