ServiceNow Architect

Requirements:

• Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience plus expertise in at least two other ServiceNow modules, such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or TSOM
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer
• Experience with the ServiceNow data model
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow architecture design and implementation across modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications
• Act as the technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices
• Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards
• Work closely with key stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives

We are a global IT consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a ServiceNow solutions project. This is a 3-month contract based in London with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days remote and 2 days in the office. The role starts as soon as possible in July 2026 and sits outside IR35.
