Job Description:

• Support the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of technical capabilities.
• Provide support to the Technical Lead and other ServiceNow SMEs on project.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and technical solution.
• Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum project and supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies.

Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow Platform Architecture
  • 7-10 yrs experience
• ServiceNow System Configuration
  • 7-10 yrs experience
