Position Summary Description Plans, coordinates, leads and participates in all power plant operational and maintenance activities at Shady Hills Shady Hills Energy Center in order to meet system electrical load demands and maintain plant capacity at its highest attainable level while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards possible while motivating and instilling ownership of plant equipment and processes by all team members.
