Shop Floor Operative

Futures are recruiting a reliable and adaptable Shop Floor Operative on behalf of our client.

This varied, hands-on role will support several areas of the business, including supply chain, quality and production, alongside operating a forklift truck (FLT).

You will move between departments according to business needs, helping to keep materials flowing, production running efficiently and finished products meeting the required standards.
