Responsibilities
Train & Mentor: Act as the primary on-the-floor trainer for apprentice technicians, helping guide and mentor them through complex diagnostic and repair procedures.
Help with daily shop floor operations Quality Control: Inspect and road-test completed vehicles to verify the accuracy of repairs before final sign-off.
Technical Support: Help technicians diagnose stubborn failures and recommend efficient, correct repair pathways.
