Site Engineer-Portsmouth-Outside IR35 Our client, a top Regional Contractor are looking for a Site Engineer to support a newly awarded Highways scheme that forms part of their framework with Highways England.
The scheme is a sign renewal scheme to replace defective traffic signs and posts along a section of the A27 near Portsmouth.
Work will be carried out in two stages, the first being vegetation clearance, surveys and installation of 50 new signs.
