Site IT Manager

**Your tasks:**

* Leading and developing the local IT/OT team, fostering accountability and high performance

* Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, OT environments, and business\-critical applications

* Acting as the main interface between the site and Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with global standards

* Driving digital transformation, modernization, and IT/OT convergence initiatives

* Managing IT services, projects, and priorities while ensuring operational continuity

* Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions

* Ensuring compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements

* Managing external suppliers and service providers to ensure high\-quality delivery and service levels

* Leading incident management and resolving complex production\-critical issues

**Your profile:**

* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* Proven experience in IT management within a manufacturing or industrial environment

* Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/OT teams

* Strong track record in delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects

* Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities, especially under pressure

* Hands\-on mindset combined with strategic thinking

* Fluent in German and English
