Site Manager

Site Manager required for a high-rise residential development in Acton, responsible for managing approximately 50 plots through the final stages from decorations and finals through to snagging and handover. Responsibilities

Manage and drive approximately 50 plots through to completion.

Coordinate and manage finishing trades and subcontractors.

Oversee decorations, finals, snagging and de-snagging works.

Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved.

Carry out quality inspections and maintain high finishing standards.

Identify and resolve issues that could impact programme or handover.

Ensure all works comply with site health & safety requirements.

Liaise with the wider project team to ensure plots are ready for handover. Requirements

Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential projects.

Strong experience managing internal finishes and plot completions.

Proven ability to drive multiple plots through snagging to handover.

Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.

Strong eye for detail and quality.

Good organisational and communication skills.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
