We are looking for a Small Works Manager oversees minor M&E projects-typically ranging from a few thousand pounds up to around £500,000 Core
Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Manage multiple small-to-medium works concurrently from initial scoping/survey to final handover.
Financial & P&L Management: Track project costs, build estimates/quotations, manage budgets, and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L).
