Workforce planning: the development of plans to sustainably fill the REME to its workforce requirement, by trade, iot deliver operations.
2.
The REME lead for Corps WR modelling and sustainability; ensuring that resulting plans are coherent.
3.
Negotiate and synchronise the optimum allocation of available workforce to meet the needs of the REME.
4.
Briefings and representation at meetings/working groups up to and including to 1* level.
