Social Care Assessor An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement team based in Macclesfield.

The position is for 1 FTE (37hrs) permanent Social Care Assessor.

The team primarily work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, although some early evenings may be required.

The service is based at Macclesfield Town Hall but covers the north of Cheshire East.
