Description
Job title: Social Worker - Family Hubs Salary: PO1 - PO3 £39,481 - £47,665 pro rata Hours: 21.5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday) Contract: Permanent Location: Outer West Hub region (based at Horsforth Community Hub).
Work in other Family Hubs may be required on occasions.
