Description
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to assist our patients in our Brunswick area.
This candidate should be a compassionate Social Worker with excellent customer service skills to assist our patients' multiple facilities and homes in the area.
This role will perform visits in homes and facilities (ALF and ILF's) in their designated service area .
You must have reliable transportation as travel is required daily.
