Software Architect – Embedded Avionics (d/f/m)

Salary: 70.000 - 100.000 € per year

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Computer Science and 4+ years of specific experience
• Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and/or Ada, and experience with real-time operating systems
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with avionics standards such as ARINC 653 and DO-178C, and with safety-critical software development

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers and other cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into avionics systems
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, including DO-178C, and safety-critical software development practices
• Conduct software testing, validation, and verification to meet aerospace requirements
