Software Engineer, AI Platform

About the Role

Join a platform engineering team building AI systems that help users create production-grade enterprise software. You will work on coding agents, learning systems, and governance capabilities that make AI more accurate, secure, and useful in production.

What You'll Do

• Build short-term and persistent memory systems, including organizational knowledge graphs that help AI agents understand customer data.
• Design coding agents that generate, execute, debug, and test code, with feedback loops for handling failures.
• Create human-AI interactions and feedback mechanisms for enterprise users.
• Develop centralized governance capabilities for managing applications, workflows, agents, secrets, and policies.
• Solve challenges across agentic AI, security, and distributed systems.

What We're Looking For

• A PhD and at least 3 years of experience in backend or platform engineering.
• Experience building AI systems or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Python, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, sandboxing and isolation, knowledge graphs, backend systems, database design, and Kubernetes.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $240,000, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
