Software Engineer Applied Machine Learning

You will extend image, video, audio, and 3D generative models with new capabilities and modalities. You will fine-tune models, build fine-tuning APIs, and create reusable model and inference components. You will optimize inference for latency, throughput, and GPU utilization, deploy reliable generative-model APIs, resolve production issues, and work with customers on generative-media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Extend generative models with new capabilities and modalities
• Develop model conditioning, generation, editing, and fine-tuning approaches
• Build and maintain customer-facing fine-tuning APIs
• Create reusable components and abstractions for model capabilities and inference pipelines
• Optimize inference latency, throughput, and GPU utilization
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable generative model APIs
• Resolve production challenges
• Develop generative-media solutions with customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of Applied ML engineering experience
• 1–2 years of generative media or computer vision experience
• Expert Python and PyTorch proficiency
• Diffusion and flow-based generative model knowledge
• Hugging Face and Diffusers experience
• Production ML deployment experience
• Scalable, reliable, secure, safe, and performant system design ability
