Requirements:

• Were looking for a strong academic background (BSc, MSc, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; we welcome high-achieving recent graduates and junior engineers with a few years of commercial experience.
• We require strong, demonstrable C++ coding skills; Python and Java knowledge are a bonus.
• Were looking for a solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including data modelling and schema design.
• We require comfort and capability working in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Were looking for familiarity or hands-on experience with container runtimes and orchestration tools such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• We require a good grasp of networking protocols and application security fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions primarily using C++.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement data models and relational database designs using PostgreSQL.
• Work in Linux/Unix environments to support smooth deployment and operation of services.
• Use containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes to deploy and scale applications.
• Apply networking and security fundamentals to help systems meet banking compliance and performance standards.
• Gain exposure to, or use existing skills in, Go/Golang for specific microservices and system components.
