We are looking for a Software / Data Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands-on Apache Spark (PySpark) experience to build and support scalable data processing solutions. You will work within a hybrid pod model, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations.

Essential Skills

• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark / PySpark.
• Current or previous professional experience with Java.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including coding standards, testing, and development best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scala.
• Experience working with distributed data processing and large-scale data platforms.

Additional Information

• Databricks experience is not required; strong Apache Spark expertise is the key requirement.
• Hybrid working environment with virtual, cross-functional collaboration.
