Software Engineer, Senior

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX Design, and QA to deliver business-critical features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
• Champion Infor’s values of speed, innovation, and collaboration.

• Experience in software development within SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Experience in programming languages relevant to the product stack: Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in Spring Boot and / or WildFly.
• Experience in RDMS: PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL.
• Experience of cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).
• Experience with architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in Agent Orchestration, MCP Integration, Prompt Engineering, Vector databases / RAG, Frontier Model Fluency, Safety / Guardrails and Eval Design.

• Experience of enterprise security and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
• Experience in programming languages relevant to the product stack: Python.
• Experience with tools such as Excel and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
• Experience in AI Cost Optimization and Production Observability.
