We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong payments background to support enterprise customer engagements, lead technical solution design, and contribute to our continued growth.

About the Role

• As a Solution Architect, you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to design scalable, effective payment solutions.

• You will translate complex business requirements into technical architectures, support enterprise sales opportunities, and ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs, technical requirements, and CellPoint Digital's product strategy.

• This is a customer-facing role that combines payments expertise, solution design, and technical consulting.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions with prospective and existing customers.

• Support enterprise sales opportunities, RFPs, and customer presentations.

• Design payment architectures covering orchestration, acquiring, routing, and payment methods.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and integration designs.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and deliverable.

• Present technical solutions to a range of stakeholders, from engineering teams to senior executives.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, typically 8+ years.

• At least 4 years' experience within the payments industry.

• Strong knowledge of payment orchestration, payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring, payment routing, Visa, Mastercard, and alternative payment methods.

• Experience designing API-based enterprise integrations.

• Proven ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience producing solution designs, architecture documentation, and technical proposals.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Highly Desirable

• Direct experience working with a payment orchestration platform.

• Experience within the airline, travel, or hospitality industries.

• Knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, Open Banking, and 3DS2.
