Description

About Us

We are an innovative AI startup focused on transforming professional services through cutting-edge Generative AI and deep domain expertise. Our agent-driven solutions automate complex workflows, engaging humans only when needed to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Join us at the forefront of AI innovation, where your expertise will directly shape the future of professional services.

As we expand our customer base, we are building a world-class forward-deployed engineering team that works directly with customers to implement, integrate, and operationalize our platform in complex enterprise environments.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who excels at hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and real-world problem solving. FDEs at Evolver own the technical relationship from the PoCs: demonstrating ARIA capabilities against a customer's curated use cases, then carrying that same technical relationship through implementation, go-live and expansion. in their environment. You will also sit with process owners and security teams to translate a live business function into ARIA: what ships as-is, what needs configuration, what needs an integration, and what's a real product gap to escalate instead of hacking together in field.

You work closely with a Strategic Engagement Lead and the Product team. You facilitate the integrations and, where needed, build custom connectors and scripts that land the account; lasting capability is written up for the Platform, not maintained as a private fork.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Engineering

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to deploy and configure ARIA in their production environments.
  • Serve as the hands-on technical expert from pre-sales PoC through discovery, onboarding, integration, value realization, and expansion.
  • Break business requirements into ARIA capabilities and explicit non-goals that Product can execute.
  • Design and run PoCs that demonstrate ARIA capabilities against curated, customer-specific use cases.
  • Showcase ARIA at board, control-owner, and engineer altitude without changing the facts.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time, owning them through resolution and escalating to Platform Engineering with a diagnosis.

Integration & Implementation

  • Facilitate integrations between ARIA and customer systems of record, APIs, warehouses, document corpora, authentication frameworks, and enterprise workflows.
  • Build custom scripts, connectors, or mappings in Python where needed to land a PoC or an account — then retire or productize them rather than running a shadow codebase.
  • Design and land deployments (identity, network, data residency, entitlements).
  • Map structured and unstructured sources into a governed solution, and know when a generative path is the wrong tool.

Product & Platform Contribution

  • Gather customer feedback and turn real-world use cases into product insights — not a private feature branch.
  • Collaborate with Platform Engineering to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and enhance stability.
  • Contribute improvements to deployment tooling, automation, and documentation.
  • Tell the truth in pre-sales and scoping about what is shipped versus what is still a prototype (on the roadmap).

Operational Ownership

  • Develop playbooks, checklists, migration guides, and integration best practices.
  • Help establish repeatable, scalable processes for future deployments as we grow.
  • Partner with Strategic Engagement Leads and assist on technical scoping, feasibility, and success criteria.
  • Leave architecture artifacts (solution brief, data map, environment diagram) that another FDE or a Platform Engineer can pick up cold.

Experience

  • 6+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or forward-deployed roles.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers in technical engagements — including at least one production go-live.
  • Hands-on experience deploying or integrating systems on a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS and GCP).
  • Strong Python experience in production contexts; SQL and comfort reading TypeScript / Platform code are a plus.
  • Fluency across data systems (APIs, warehouses, ERPs or other systems of record, unstructured corpora).
  • Working literacy in modern AI systems: grounding, tools or agents, evaluation, failure modes, and auditability.
  • Experience in a regulated or high-control environment (security review, entitlements, change windows).
  • Depth in at least one of Finance, Tax, Risk, Internal Audit, or GRC is a strong plus — enough to be taken seriously by a process owner.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure services; additional cloud or private-network deployment experience is welcome.
  • Experience integrating software with enterprise systems, APIs, identity providers, and both structured and unstructured data.
  • Solid understanding of cloud deployment models, security constraints, identity, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to write a solution architecture that other teams can execute.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Strong debugging skills, including logs, traces, and distributed troubleshooting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including security and function owners.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and scope discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup culture.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Judgment to disappoint a stakeholder rather than promise a product we will not ship.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Tailored to your experience and skill set.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and leadership roles.
  • Innovative Culture: Work at the frontier where real customer problems meet cutting-edge technology.
  • Impact & Ownership: Join early and help shape how we deploy ARIA to enterprise customers.
