Solutions Architect Manager

Columbus, OH, King of Prussia, PA, or Naples, FL. | Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers
• Oversee SQL-based applications supporting core business systems
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance
• Drive modernization efforts across legacy and cloud environments
• Design and support Azure-based and hybrid solutions
• Manage integrations between on-prem and cloud systems
• Promote automation, DevOps practices, and efficient workflows
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools responsibly
• Partner with leadership on technology direction and priorities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong experience with SQL-based enterprise applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
• Experience leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools
• Interest or exposure to AI-enabled development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
