Description
Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
At Logitech, we believe in being Open and Ourselves—bringing our authentic selves to work every day and embracing transparency in everything we do. We are Humble and Hungry, continuously learning and pushing boundaries to create meaningful impact. We Collaborate and Challenge each other to find the best solutions while maintaining respect and trust. We Decide and Do, taking ownership of our actions to move quickly and make a difference. And we are committed to Equality and the Environment, ensuring that diversity, sustainability, and inclusivity are at the heart of how we innovate and grow.
The Solutions Engineering Team
The Solutions Engineering (SE) team at Logitech for Business (L4B) exists to help Logitech win business. We are sales-facing first. We partner with Sales to earn the technical win, build customer confidence, reduce technical risk, and improve execution across priority opportunities and accounts.
Our SEs connect technology, business needs, and customer experience. They lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, evaluations, competitive technical positioning, and risk removal. They also bring structured field insight to Product, Support, Marketing, and leadership when it can improve customer outcomes or the business.
Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer is a revenue-facing technical leader who partners with assigned salespeople to make opportunities winnable. This person leads discovery, solution design, technical validation, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, competitive positioning, and clear follow-through.
Solutions Engineers help customers evaluate Logitech’s offerings through technical discovery, live demonstrations, architectural guidance, and structured evaluations. They solve complex technical challenges, recommend practical deployment strategies, and help customers move from interest to technical confidence.
A successful Solutions Engineer can engage credibly with IT, AV, workplace technology, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders. They simplify complexity, connect technical capabilities to business value, and help the customer and sales team reach a clear technical decision. Support owns support tickets; the SE steps into escalations when technical uncertainty or product friction puts customer trust, revenue, or deal momentum at risk.
