Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead culinary operations across our hotels, restaurants, and attractions in Hershey, PA.

This hands-on role supports the Executive and Head Chefs by overseeing daily production, executing high-quality dishes, and directing line operations during busy service periods.

The Sous Chef ensures food safety and sanitation, trains and mentors kitchen staff, and assists with menu execution and special events.
