Sous Chef

Connemara Sands Hotel requires a Sous Chef for it’s busy kitchen.

Established and well reviewed hotel with award winning bar and restaurant.

You must have at least 5 years chef work experience for this position.

And experience in professional cookery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Cooking food to order.
• Deputizing for the head chef.
• Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
• Helping with the training of junior chefs.
• Job located at CONNEMARA SANDS HOTEL, DERRIGIMLAGH, MANNIN BAY, BALLYCONNEELY, CLIFDEN, CO. GALWAY, H71TY79, IRELAND.
• Full time permanent position.
• 39 hours per week.
• 38,000 Euro per annum salary.
