Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef you are in a position of responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited too), supporting the Head Chef in their daily tasks (rotas/ ordering / stock control / menu management/ allergens).

Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen.
