We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for our client, a hotel offering a relaxed dining experience, which also uses locally sourced seasonal produce, located in the Rye area of East Sussex.
As Sous Chef, candidates require a good level of experience, fine dining or gastro pub style background, used to cooking with fresh and seasonal produce.
You will support the Head Chef, working alongside an experienced group of chefs in a kitchen to deliver the best possible experience for guests.
