Sous Chef Rosaâs Thai Weâve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.
Back then, they couldnât afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café.
Rosaâs Thai Café was reborn.
