Description
Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth.
You will recruit, coach, and align cross-functional stakeholders to exceed quarterly quotas while building a scalable, data-driven pipeline.
Fluent English and Spanish, 4 years in sales, 2 years leading teams, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach are required; travel up to 25%, including to the USA, is expected.
