Description

Dandy in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale the BDR team for its next hypergrowth stage.

This role reports to the General Manager of Southern Europe and will shape outbound strategy and forecasting.

You will drive quota attainment, coach reps, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize lead generation while traveling up to 25% (including to the USA).
