Description

Flovi is seeking an Operations Manager to adapt its proven operating model to Spain and translate it into scalable execution from Madrid.

You will validate regulatory feasibility, design acquisition channels, onboard drivers, define KPIs, and implement workflows for stable, scalable operations.

You will lead key projects end‑to‑end, partnering with Country Manager and HQ teams across Operations, Legal, and Finance, with senior judgment and execution under ambiguity.
