Job summary Our company has an exciting opportunity for one Registered Nurse to join our team of Specialist Neighbourhood Nurses based within GP Practices.

This post will be supporting The South Lincolnshire Rural PCN, working within Long Sutton Medical Centre.

The post available is 0.6WTE to work (3 days per week) with an offered salary of £45,207 (Pro rata) on a permanent contract.
