Specialist Physiotherapist

Role Summary The role will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients and their carers.

The caseload will include many acute and chronic care cases with complex disabilities and needs.

Some services will also include terminal care cases.

You will also be part of a Multidisciplinary team working in a community setting, including Urgent Care Response.

You will ensure that therapy input is integrated into the patient's care plan.
