Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

TMB is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide expert-level financial management support and strategic fiscal guidance to senior Navy leadership. This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation and budget execution initiatives.
• Conduct detailed financial performance analysis and forecasting.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and governance controls.
• Advise senior leadership regarding resource allocation and fiscal strategy.
• Lead customer engagements and executive financial reviews.
• Support organizational planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience.
• Significant experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to brief senior executives and government stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
