Job Description The Sr.
Recruitment Sourcing Manager leads global delivery teams in support of Direct Sourcing clients and other project recruiting needs.
This position directly and indirectly manages recruiters, talent assessors, and recruitment coordinators across Global Delivery Centers, driving performance against SLAs while partnering with clients and program stakeholders to support contingent workforce strategies.
