Summary To ensure company adherence to the regulatory
requirements
outlined in The Sarbanes Oxley Act (Sections 302, 906 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002; SEC Rules 13a-14 and 13a-15); the FDIC Improvement Act of 1991; and Item 308 of Regulation S-K.
Duties include but are not limited to assisting the business with developing, implementing, and overseeing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance.
