Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise web applications.
Monitor application health, infrastructure, and production environments.
Lead production incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement reliability improvements.
Work closely with development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Build automation solutions to reduce manual operational tasks.
Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
