Proton is seeking an engineering manager to lead the VPN Site Reliability Engineering team from Geneva or Barcelona.
You will guide eight engineers, drive automation and observability projects, and own the reliability of the Proton VPN fleet, including SLOs and incident postmortems.
You will collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to plan capacity for new locations, and set engineering standards while coaching staff to solve operational challenges with software.
