We are currently looking for candidates interested in taking a position of SSC Operations Manager.
The assignment will include relocation to India for 1 - 1.5 year to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned processes within a growing Shared Services Center there.
This role is responsible for managing a team of (senior) administrators, ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs/KPIs, driving process improvements, and fostering a high-performance culture.
