As Staff AI Engineer, you own AI functions end to end, including what they must do, how they are evaluated, and how they integrate with systems.
You define risk controls, acceptance gates, and evidence retention for audits, guiding multiple teams to success.
You will mentor engineers, design data flows, and ensure production-grade code across Python/Go/Java/Rust.
